Loss of Enrollment Priority and/or California College Promise Grant Appeal

You must submit the following in order to be reviewed:
  1. 1: Comprehensive Education Plan (must be created/updated within past 6 months)
  2. 2: If applicable, Supporting Documentation (must support the extenuating circumstances you detail in the statement portion of your submission)
Appeals may only be submitted for the current financial aid year. The financial aid year is: Fall, Spring, Summer. For example, if you wish to petition to reinstate your California College Promise Grant for the Spring 2024 term, you would need to submit it before the end of the Summer 2024 semester. You would not be able to submit it after the end of the Summer semester since that is the close of the financial aid year. If you paid out of pocket for your enrollment fees and submit an appeal to be reimbursed for those fees, your appeal must be submitted by June 30th of the current financial aid year.
