It is recommended that you complete this form with the assistance of the VA Counselor. We must have a copy of your DD214 on file to grant Military Service Credit. If you are requesting Military Education Credit, we require a copy of your Joint Service Transcripts.

Students who have basic training and 1 or 2 years of service combined credit can be used to meet the Health Education (Lifelong Learning) requirement.

Credit is granted for educational work completed in various service schools in accordance with the recommendations of the American Council on Education. This credit will be applied to help meet the requirements for graduation from Taft College, but it is subject to acceptance by any other college to which the student transfers.
