An Outstanding Coach must have coached in one or more sports in an athletic program at Taft College and has been inactive from coaching at Taft College for at least five years. The nominee must have led a team or teams to excellence through competition while at Taft College and/or after leaving Taft College (i.e. university, professional athlete, degrees obtained or career awards) and has shown that they have had a positive influence on the lives and careers of student athletes.
