Safety Gram<\/h1><\/div>
A Safety Gram is a form used to notify the appropriate Taft College personnel of an existing safety hazard or safety concern. Once received, the complaint or concern can be investigated quickly and appropriate action taken. We encourage all at Taft College to make use of this form, You are the most efficient \u201ceyes & ears\u201d out there; please help us keep Taft College a safe, accessible, and healthy environment.<\/p>\n

This form is not for reporting crimes<\/strong>. Contact the Campus Safety Office directly at (661) 763-7774 to report crimes or suspicious circumstances.<\/p>\n

After you have clicked or tapped on the submit button at the bottom of the form, it will go directly to the Campus Safety Director for processing. You do not have to enter your name and email address<\/strong>, but these are helpful in case we have follow-up questions.<\/p>\n
